Human Anatomy and Physiology I

This course studies basic biochemistry, physiology, and history of the cell, of tissues, and of the integumentary system, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems (excluding the autonomic nervous system). Dissection and laboratory instrumentation reinforce all lecture material. It is highly recommended that students enrolling in this course have taken (a) high school biology or BIOL 114 or BIOL 119 and (b) high school chemistry or CHEM 180.
