A one-semester laboratory course designed for those who have not had a high school science background, or for those who have graduated from high school ten or more years ago. Includes a study of the cell, its physiology and relationship to the more complicated organism. A study of genetics and heredity as well as evolution is included. This course may not be taken concurrently with or after a science course with a higher course number.
